SROK Ads started in the mid 1990’s as a simple collector’s hobby, but has since grown to provide other collectors and enthusiasts with original vintage advertisements, prints, maps and other social history ephemera.

All ads, prints, maps and other social history ephemera SROK Ads sells are all original – no reproductions.
The time period ranges from around 1880 to the present day for magazine advertisements. Some of our maps and newspapers/newspaper ads are older and date back to the early 1800’s.

In recent years SROK Ads has compiled an extensive archive of advertisements from magazines and newspapers. We have approximately 100,000 different ads, for the most part from The Netherlands, Germany, The United Kingdom, France and The United States of America.
We are currently supplementing our collection with additional background articles, photographs and supporting imagery related to (mostly Dutch) Trade and Industry.
Items from the image archive can be viewed for research purposes, or borrowed for display at exhibitions. We can also perform specific searches for you and provide high resolution scans if you require digital versions of any of our images.
